My husband was seen and before even being looked at was told he is "too young" to have a heart issue and was not taken seriously. He has a diagnosed heart condition (for over 20 years) and he takes medication for it. The dr told him, "maybe it's just anxiety" very limited conversation about any symptoms, history, no testing or even looking him over. Now, equally frustrated, his pcp has to go through putting in a new referral elsewhere. I would absolutely avoid this place.
Dr. Al-Qaisi was great. Personable and explained everything while answering all my questions. Highly recommend him.
I had a appointment scheduled for July 10 I get a call and they told me I had to reschedule so I changed it to July 17 now I get a message telling me to be there on the 10th at 840am so I called confused and the lady had the nerve to get upset and talk crazy to me for they mistake I will never go to this place again its a damn shame im willing to drive 30 mins elsewhere then 10 mins to this place dont waste your time they are horrible
It was a good visit, my heart's healthy.Well, she says my heart is healthy.But my heart is actually broken right now.My fiancee and I broke up and I am so deniably sad
Had an absolutely horrible experience here. Was completely dismissed, talked over, wouldn't let me finish my sentences. Told me he didn't agree that I have a condition (not at all cardiac related) I've been diagnosed with for YEARS and regularly get seen for by the actual specialist in that field. He also spent all of 2 mins with me and ordered tests without explanation and didnt even tell me results of the EKG they did in office. I will not be going back and I don't recommend anyone else who wants to actually be helped goes... read more
