Had an absolutely horrible experience here. Was completely dismissed, talked over, wouldn't let me finish my sentences. Told me he didn't agree that I have a condition (not at all cardiac related) I've been diagnosed with for YEARS and regularly get seen for by the actual specialist in that field. He also spent all of 2 mins with me and ordered tests without explanation and didnt even tell me results of the EKG they did in office. I will not be going back and I don't recommend anyone else who wants to actually be helped goes... read more
I was very impressed at the cleanliness and decor of the front office. Also the back of office where the exam and testing rooms are also very clean, well organized. The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Bob. My experience with the stress test was not stressful at all. Overall, I would recommend going to Biltmore Cardio West.
The doctor was very rude to both me and my mother giving us dismissive glances and cutting me off whenever I tried to clarify something. She treated us like we didn’t know anything, and it was an uncomfortable experience from start to finish. Interestingly, once she found out that I work in the medical field, her attitude completely changed. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and disappointing.
My mom went in this past week to have a stress test done. The tech was rude and also very disrespectful. He put the machine down on her while telling her to move it out the way. My mom was literally screaming at him in agony that he was hurting her shoulder and that she had rotator cuff surgery and he did nothing except look at her and criticize her.
