Update: After my experience below, I was billed for treatment that I never received. They claim that they ran several tests on me. I was never seen. Now I have to go through the trouble of disputing the bill. Terrible practice. I had to restart my online pre sign in 4 times because the web page would crash every time I tried to upload my ID. I had to restart my online pre sign in 4 times because the web page would crash every time I tried to upload my ID. Strike one. New patient appointments were almost 2 months out. Strike 2. Waiting room was overcrowded, I got there early as requested and was still waiting an hour after my appointment time, some had been waiting over 2 hours, the employees who come out to retrieve patients seemed cold and not friendly. This place is abysmal! Believe the reviews, I'm serious. This place has horrendous scheduling issues. they ask you to come in early by badgering you with nonstop calls one after the other and then when you show up to your regular scheduled appointment they make you wait hours on end. No I am not exaggerating I promise you. The doctors bedside manners are not great I don't blame him, I heard from staff that they get an allocated amount of time to speak to clients, and are pressured to meet that time 30 minutes to an hour is N... read more
