Today 9-4 , I missed a phone call from Annette at biltmore cardiology. I was informed of test results that were positive and my actual time to come in was no needed. I truly appreciate all the hard work and information that the entire staff here at biltmore provides, I have been a patient of Dr Mix for years and her professional care her respect and treatment for me tells me she truly cares about everyone that comes into her practice. NP Hector Vasquez is simply amazing. You can tell that he really cares about his patients and he listens and takes time to teach and make sure I understand. I never feel rushed and he is very thorough. I always leave feeling reassured and clear on the plan going forward. Today he called me right back when I called the office to ask about chest pain I was experiencing. Successful open heart surgery working with this group. This is a highly functioning team of professionals who worked to ensure my successful surgery and recovery. Patient, pleasant and personable in the hospital and during after care and follow ups.
