Bilt wellness has an amazing staff - the nicest most compassionate people (who happen to be ripped too). I am a certified aqua aerobics and aqua dance teacher and have to brag. I teach at the Residence Inn beach resort and guests tell me that I am their favorite part of their vacation! I feel very loved and heard I’m funny too! 🤩 Oh and hire them for trainers - they look good for a reason!
We contracted Frank and his team to provide fitness classes to the residents of our apartment community about 6 months ago and we hear nothing but rave reviews. They are very professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.
Frankie does a great job motivating and creating workouts that are challenging and fun. This guy walks the talk and is always friendly, energetic and helpful. Highly recommend trying out a few classes! 💪
