Terrible experience with this company. Complete lack of communication, poor customer service and property was not as promised. Inability to speak with someone from "the team" was extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory. The unit we ended up with, after being sent into a unit that was already occupied, was not up to the standard as the original unit and the level of cleanliness was not up to par with a rental unit.

This company exemplifies fraud and corruption. They managed my rental property and have scammed me out of thousands of dollars. Steer clear.

Not sure how this company still has an A+ rating! The president, ********** ******, is operating this property management company without a license. She is collecting rents and fees but failing to remit those funds to property owners. Additionally, she is not providing accurate statements and continues to advertise condos on her site that she no longer has permission to market due to her dishonest and fraudulent practices. Consumers need to be warned!!!

I used biloxi beach resort rentals for a year and a half, and i was never told that i had no apps on my tv sets in my three rentals, one of my tv's was broken, furniture was broken, the exterior was so bad on one condo i paid a neighbor to clean it since i live out of town. i was told during covid that there was a one body per bed rule on my two studios, and by the time i quit them, the mgr. said she told all owners that they'd repealed that as per city ord. on may 2020 and told all owners. i never found an email or notice o... read more
