not happy My husband and I have been eating at Bilotti's for many years but NOT any more. The last time we ordered a pizza, it came out in about 3 minutes so we knew something was up. We decided that they must bake the crust before hand and when the cooks get an order for pizza they put the sauce and whatever else you ordered on it, and then warm it up so that the cheese is just melted. LONNIE WOBIG I'VE DINED AT BILOTTI'S HUNDREDS OF TIMES OVER THE YEARS THEY'VE BEEN IN BUSINESS. IN MY OPINION YOU CAN'T BEAT THEIR FOOD. THEY MAKE THE BEST PIZZA IN TOWN.
