I had a really nice experience living at one of their properties! The building was a little older, which made it feel like a castle in a secret garden. Plus there was cool stuff like what I surmised was an old (no longer working) intercom on the wall. My one bedroom apartment was massive with plenty of storage and hardwood floors. It was easy to find the age of the apartment charming when the space was so clean to begin with and maintenance was so responsive.
