Best Hotel Around – This hotel is outstanding- they have completely remodeled everything & the servce is amazing too. The flat screen TV's are cool, the granite countertops, the comfortable beds are all great, but the beach is so wide open and beatiful too. We love it so much & want to tell eveyone to go visit. It well worth it- no wonder they call it Treasure Island. While we were the we found out they are converting it ti a condo-hotel which is even better! old fashioned florida – SO MANY OF THE HIGH DOLLAR INCLUSIVE RESORTS LOST ALL OF THE TRUE FLORIDA VACATION EXPERIENCES. THE BILMAR HAD GREAT VIEWS FROM THE ROOMS AND OFFERED ENTERTAINMENT AND RESTAURANT. THE VALUE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. GREAT LOCATION ..WALKING DISTANCE TO ANYTHING YOU COULD REALLY NEED FOR THE OLD FASHIONED BEACH VACATION
