DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! My husband’s truck needs to be worked on, so he called BTA on Friday and talked to them. We made an appointment for today (Tuesday). Towed the truck from Martinsville to Brownsburg only to find out that the 103 E Main Street building was empty and for sale. No note saying where it moved. We found a 1500 E Main address and needless to say it was vacant too!! The phone number he called on Friday is not accepting calls!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!! Not good, you think bringing a vehicle to a mechanic things would get fixed correctly and if your paying them a lump sump. Ever since I got my vehicle back, it has been nothing but terrible, sparks plugs, radiator hoses were not connected, battery terminals were extremely loose, AC wasn’t connected, broke my air intake, and much more. i will say they were nice and extremely friendly and the shepherd there was cute but other then that I wouldn’t recommend getting work done here besides an oil change.
I never had any work done here but I did call and try to set up an appointment. I left a voicemail on Monday at 330. I received a text at 930 on Tuesday night asking what work I needed done. I answered back within the hour and never heard back from them.
