We had an Engagement Party brunch with about 50 people today. The staff were awesome with set up and service; our chosen buffet was excellent. We chose to be outside in the excruciatingly hot weather, but a slight breeze and attentive servers bringing cold drinks and enjoying the beautiful Tarpon Lake view made it all worth it!
