We went to get carry out for a stone crabs as part planned New Years evening dinner party. We got the larger crabs as the are more money but I feel it's worth it for the amount of meat. They were outstanding. Fresh is always the key! Not watery or even a hint of oder. Restaurants or markets always say theirs are the most fresh. These absolutely were. Happy about that because you never know until the stone crab is opened. Great.
