Dropped a pressure washer off 3 months ago, and the shop will not answer the phone when you try to call. They accidentally answered one time and told us that they were waiting on a part and I haven’t heard from them since. Overall a terrible experience so far and it’s unfortunate that the warranty only referred us to them.
