Awkward experience - The man did shellac on my nails and was very rude towards me. Told me I couldn't text and tugging on my hand the whole time. He also had a oddly, gross open wound on his finger... You'd think someone dealing with the public, ecspeically nails would cover the wound with a band aid at least. The mirrors were dirty and supplies laying all over the place. I'd never go there again.

I have been going to this nail salon for approximately five years. Andy has always done my pedicures and manicures and does an excellent job. All the employes are very professional and always take the time to say hello and goodbye. Highly recommend, especially the pedicures. Chairs are extremely omfortable and relaxing.

I called there, they hung up. So I called back and the woman was very rude. I was calling to ask about prices and you think they'd be nice and want business. I won't even consider going there now.

I have gone to Billy's Nails twice now. The first time I was very ahppy with my experience, they were nice and it didn't seem like they were talking behind customers backs. I just went again tonight. The girl who did my nails insulted my lifestyle the whole time i was there and I have come home more frustrated than before i left. I don't see myself going back there again.

Billy and his staff are always very friendly and accomodating. When I need a quick mani or pedi - they are respectful of my time and still do a great job. (And, every customer gets a box with their own tools for cleanliness). I've had terrible experiences at other nail salons- and this is the best nail salon in Chesterfield!
