I had the brisket and it was delicious! Please check them while your in Lexington I highly recommend it.
I love, love, love Billy's. I worked there years ago and have since moved but anytime I'm in Lexington this place is a must stop place. The pulled pork and beef sandwich is phenomenal and the homemade BBQ sauce tops it off. And lets not forget the onion rings.
Dry rub St. Louis ribs = excellence on a plate. This joint is awesome. Period.
