This place is the most sorry pathetic used car dealer in west Texas
After seeing on the window “we finance” and inquiring about a vehicle on the lot. I was told a cash down price and the asking price of the car. Without any information given, I was told the down payment and price. The seller told me that he had to have six relatives living in my city to try to apply even having good credit, company of his own told me that he could not try because for the boss they only approved people with many witness families, I think it is ridiculous to say that there is Q to live with six relatives for an approval for a crashed and full of mile car that was only to work for. I didn't want to pay for that because it's not worth what they ask for and I don't even try to do it... they are unprofessional for that type... read more
Tacky, unprofessional, unreliable and just flat rude! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE. I have well over $1000 down and poured my heart out regarding needing a reliable vehicle. They offered me a car that has 207,000 miles on it that won’t fit my family whatsoever. Then proceeded to call me hours later after I was trying to get everything that was required to tell me they won’t finance with me due to “interactions” but wouldn’t provide a legal standing regarding their response. TRASH
