I'd just come home from work and was parking my car when I accidentally drove over the cement block at the top of the parking spot. I was unable to back up over it given that there was a change in the elevation of the parking spot and the soft ground in front of it. Long story short, Bill drove out to help me and had everything taken care of in no time! I spent hardly any time waiting and once there he was so kind and professional. Our Daughter's car had broke down on a Saturday. With-in the hour Billy's came and towed it to their shop. Chad was such a great person. They had her car running again on Tuesday. I can not say enough about this business. I have known them for many many years and their work ethic remains the same along with their great customer service. Thanks again, Marvin and Family
I strongly recommend Billy’s! My family and I had trouble with our vehicle after the Florida vs Charleston Southern game! We saw A Billy’s tow truck set up outside the stadium and requested assistance. The driver had the best attitude and provided great customer service. Within 15 minutes we were on our way!!
