Edit*....again. This place truly is the gift that just keeps giving. Changed their name to hot car deals, same owners trying to make it seem as if it's a new lot. It isn't. Same shady things going on. Town and country ford of Evansville has cut ties with them. And they are about to get hit with a class action lawsuit. Bought a van back in October. Had a light come on during the test drive, so asked about it. They stated they had it looked at after, and everything came back ok. Light was no longer on, so I asked if it became a problem if the extended warranty would cover it. I was told yes! 2 months after buying it, the light came back on, and the van had to be jump started 3 different times. I called to get pricing on a vehicle and spoke to Tanner. He was very helpful on the phone. We went by that same day and looked at the vehicle. We test drove the vehicle and viewed the car fax they had pulled for us. We bought the vehicle that day. They were never pushy or dishonest. We had an issue with my previous loan on my vehicle that was being traded in.. I contacted Tanner and we were able to get the issue resolved very quickly. My first review was a 2 star review, after being updated from one of my best friends that this lot DOESN’T stand behind their vehicles and REFUSE to abide by the contract that THEY provided him I wanna drop to a “0” star so the one star you see is so I can let EVERYONE looking for a great vehicle go elsewhere and not here! Also a certain individual disrespected a lady there…..stay clear of these crooks!
