Loved this place. Especially the waitress, who went out of her way to make us comfortable. I was so cold and she noticed it and brought me napkins to cover me. I have not experienced such warmth anywhere else. Thank you!
Bartender Brigette is absolutely the best there is. Sweet personality and a razor sharp memory for drinks 🍸. She remembers names and drinks and always asks how you’re doing. Makes every visit to Billy’s memorable. Great atmosphere and laid back patio bar. Highly recommend. Aloha! 🌋 🌊 🏝
