Billy's is an amazing hangout. Food and drink selection has something for everyone. Great live music and servers are great.
Still one of the Newport Harbor Favorite places to be, and if course be seen. And the food is always consistent fresh & delicious!
We live in San Diego but I have business in Laguna and Newport Beach often. When ever we are even close to Billy's we go for lunch. The Bermuda fish soup is the best we have ever had and we have had fish chowders and soups all up and down the California coastline. We also love the papaya salad , the jumbo shrimp cocktail , the ahi sandwich and just about everything else on the menu.
