Our favorite Place! Loved my Prawns and Papaya Salad! Great service! Great Wine!
Crab Louie! And fabulous chowder! Best service around the bay, friendly staff and menu is full of delectable dishes! You can't go wrong with Billy's! Go for lunch and enjoy the view!
As always the food was amazing. Afternoon music and a fun crowd.
Just a great spot, never a bad experience, one of the best in Newport Beach.
This was our first time at Billy's. Was out just driving and said never been here. Pulled in had the car parked and took a chance. I had Loco Moco and was not disappointed. Portions and flavor perfect. My wife ordered Poki Eggs Benign and she was not disappointed ether. We will keep checking new places off but will be returning for brunch again soon.
First time for us to eat at Billys. My wife and I really enjoyed our food. She had the sword fish and it was great and melted in your mouth.I had the salmon and it also was fantastic. Our waitress was great and the bread before dinner was addicting. We will be back!
