Since my wife and I moved to Roanoke, I've been hearing about Billy's. Thought we'd try it. Let me start by saying it was an enjoyable experience and will be going back. Service was spot on and top notch. Atmosphere was good. We started with Bacon Wrapped Scallops - std order is 3, we ordered 4 ($44). Three of the four were cooked perfectly. I ordered fresh flowers in the bulk for my wedding. There was a little mix up in the order but I was able to get a hold of floral team member named Evaline. She was on top of everything and so helpful with my order! She was very quick to respond to emails and very accommodating. The flowers arrived a few days before the event. The boxes come with directions and care for the flowers. We took them all out and trimmed them, let them hydrate, and then the very next day they all were open and just stunning! I absolutely love this restaurant! The food was amazing and the service was excellent. I started with the wedge salad, then enjoyed the filet with potatoes and asparagus. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly! I don't live in the area but whenever I am back I'm definitely eating here again!
