Billy has fixed multiple window regulators for me on mulitple cars, he does an excellent job and is always on time.
William Manning (Billy Fix It) is an unlicensed Repair Shop. His state license expired in 2010. Mr Manning requests cash for his work so as not to provide a receipt (as required by Florida law). If you choose to have Mr Manning work on your car you may not have a recourse if you have any problems later. Buyer Beware.
