Chad got me set up with a great auto policy at a much lower cost than my previous provider. Exceptional service, communication, and very prompt. He is very knowledgeable and professional, highly recommend reaching out if you're shopping for insurance.
It’s incredibly frustrating that my home insurance has been canceled. I’ve been trying to reach them for over three weeks, calling daily, but they only responded when I pretended to be a new customer. Even today, I’m pleading with them to fix the problem, but they’ve promised help without ever following through. This has caused me significant financial loss with my mortgage and put me in a difficult position. I strongly advise against using this company.
