Monica is the worst one!! She never return call, emails or any other contact ways. She made my boyfriend’s insurance with his name wrong. He asked to make a correction exhaustive times and she never didn’t. Also, over charged him wrongly. Now he is in “the black list”. We’ll never refer her or this company for nobody!!!
BILLYARD Insurance's and PEMBRIDGE Insurance's services were a total disappointment. Despite clearly stating to our broker Monica Alves that we didn't want to renew our car insurance, the company went ahead and renewed it without my consent. It is taking multiple calls and follow-ups with BILLYARD and also with PEMBRIDGE to confirm the cancellation, and even then, they continue deducting the installments from my account. Monica is the worst of the worst. She did a wrong quote, added a wrong zip code, even she didn’t add my couple to the policy. She never accepts responsibility She ignore every time My bad cause I didn’t read the policy agreement but what’s the point to get a Brooker? Find another person, she gonna make you waste your time, money and patience.
These positive reviews have to be fake. This is one of the WORST companies I have ever dealt with. They quote you low then once you're signed Jack up the price multiple times without any real explanation. They never answer or return calls. Jose may be the worst broker I have ever dealt with, he has absolutely no clue what he's doing. Never returns calls or emails.
