Very unprofessional brokerage that keeps losing companies like Wawanesa, Aviva & intact...... several other insurance companies won't let BIG write policies for them
I was with this brokerage for a very long time. My broker left and it’s only been issues after being assigned to Camil. They forgot to properly cancel my insurance policy on my motorcycle. I was being billed for months after requesting cancellation and they cancelled it incorrectly. I have a permanent flag on my driving history that looks like I have a non payment and everytime I shop for rates I’m being asked for a letter of experience.
