I had a very disappointing experience with Billyard Insurance Group regarding the handling of my auto insurance policy. I was originally insured under a CAA policy through their brokerage. At renewal, my policy was transferred to Travelers Insurance without my clear knowledge or consent. When I asked about this, I was told that CAA was no longer offering auto policies, which is why the change was made.
