Richie is the best. He got me out of a pickle on a weekend when I was trying to pick up my new car. My previous broker made a screw up and told me to wait until the following Monday (4 days after) to get it fix and I had to pick up the car the next morning. Lucky I found Richie and he got it done for me right away and was able to pick up the car the next morning. He even call me on a weekend to make sure I picked up and there was no issues.
