Our B.I.G experience with Mike Gough as a broker was beyond frustrating to say the least. Long story short he was full of broken promises just to earn his 20% commission off of our 8 policies. It got to the point that Mike ceased responding to our phone calls and emails when day after day, we kept finding numerous errors in our policies.
