Billy Wood Ford in Jena La is a great place to Shop!!!
RUDE RUDE ! The service department manager was very rude to me . She said I should pay for something that was under warranty on my vehicle. My Torque Converter went out at only 61k miles on my Ford Fusion . She said I had concrete under my skid plate . Which I'm pretty sure was there during the Transport to Billy Wood from Mexico because I have never purposefully driven in Wet Concrete. She made everything sound worse than it was and talked to me like I was stupid . Needless to say I will never buy another car from Billy Woo... read more
