My elderly father bought a vehicle from Billy Wood Ford in Jena. He just paid the vehicle off. He couldn't get the car to start. He had someone put a computer on it and replaced the part that the computer said. When it still would not start. He carried it to Billy Wood For and told them the part he had put on ask them to check his car out and find the problem. They said that the part had to be on timer and set it. Charged $400. Bought a car from here last year had a great experience. I have several vehicles that I have spent hours trying to trade in to no avail. I know it wasn’t my salesman fault at all but I do think that the finance department needs anew finance personnel. Hope they can resolve this matter but until then I will not do any more business with this dealership.
