Guy came out to give us an estimate on our roof. We talked for about a half an hour or so about the history of the roof and what color we would be looking for. He was polite and seemed to be knowledgeable. Told us it would be a few days for that estimate. Radio silence ever since. No response from a follow up message asking for an update. Clearly communication is hard. Good luck if you deal with this type of company.

Great experience! Their estimator, Mr Cougar, was extremely knowledgeable about the trade and able to discuss structural concerns like installing a cricket behind our chimney to prevent snow buildup. The crew itself was fast and efficient, got our farmhouse done in a day and brought their own dumpster for cleanup. We loved the attention to detail like painting the bathroom vent to match the shingles instead of just leaving it white plastic like you usually see. I needed a new roof for my barn and had no idea who to call. I had heard many roofing horror stories from friends and family and didn't know who I could trust. I called three of the bigger companies in Jackson county. Two of them never answered the phone or called me back. Billy White was the only one that answered the phone. That made my decision vary easy. Kevin was great to deal with and Eddie and his team did a fantastic job. If you want your roof done right, call Billy White. Tony A.
