Fraudulent charge to my debit card from this business! Had to cancel my card and report as stolen. I live in Michigan and have not been in Virginia. Attempted to call but no answer.
I called this place of business to report fraudulent activity on my account. Someone tried to make two different payments here yesterday and today. The gentleman I spoke with in the service department got extremely rude and obnoxious with me telling me I’m a scammer and he hung up the phone on me. Unprofessionalism at its finest.

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Billy Weber and his staff are honest and never do work you don't need. They will also tell you if they don't have someone qualified to do specific work (hybrid) and refer you to another excellent garage that does. Their prices are great too. I've had service with them cost less than half of what it would have cost at the dealership. I never have issues with the work done here either. I can't say enough good about these guys - they are simply awesome.
