Your reputation is everything in this business.. Is this why This lady is not welcome at foodshows and demo's? She has been banned from NAFEM and is no longer an Acredited vendor due to theft and misleading sales schemes.
I have changed my 1 star to a 5 star. While I didn't post the reason why the low ratng, it was based on customer service. The fact that the business replied with a 'Thank you' and they didn't deflect or ask why the '1 star,' spoke magnitudes. I believe they realized the context and the rating. As a business owner our ratings are important and will have an impact on how others will want to do business or referrals.
