Iâm disappointed with Billyâs work on my backsplash. His attention to detail was lacking. Many tiles were poorly cut with chips, cracks, or jagged edges. A group of tiles were applied crooked and noticeably stand out. The grout job was the worst part of it. There are a ton of holes and gaps between tiles.
