His pricing is fair and he finds solutions to all kinds of household problems. We've used him on plumbing, electrical, painting, tricky repairs, art-hanging...you name it. We highly recommend him!
Iâm disappointed with Billyâs work on my backsplash. His attention to detail was lacking. Many tiles were poorly cut with chips, cracks, or jagged edges. A group of tiles were applied crooked and noticeably stand out. The grout job was the worst part of it. There are a ton of holes and gaps between tiles. He let the grout dry all over the surface of the tiles, requiring detailed scraping around every, single, one, which Iâm still doing two weeks later.
