Billy was great in every aspect of the sale. I would 100% recommend Billy and his services 100% of the time. He helped us out with an issue after closing. It was much appreciated. He has great recommendations. He offered great advice during the process he helped with negotiation got us a good price and got us into the house that we wanted to get in the timeframe that we wanted great realtor would recommend him to anybody anytime.
Best negotiator in town. This guy really does make things easy and deals with the hassles for you. We have used him on several occasions and he has been able to get a seller to act when he was reluctant, and a buyer to pay what we we asking after a massive lowball offer. Billy is amazing!
