Billy and Steve were everything we could ask for in a Realty Company when selling our home--From their recommending a sensible and achievable asking price to them providing assistance at every turn along the way! In fact, we contacted Billy on a Thursday (April, 2025) and he and Steve had a committed and eventual buyer (for 20k above asking) by Saturday evening! My advice is to give them a call!

We used Billy for both buying and selling our house. I have had previous experience buying and selling in a different state before this. I highly recommend Billy. He is amazing to work with, and he went out of his way to take care of us. He has such a phenomenal understanding of the current market, and I am impressed by his knowledge. He is an expert in his profession. If you are looking for a new realtor, look no further.
