he does not pay the same subs he takes bids from meaning he gets lesser quality from his second subs. My qualification to say so us that I was Foreman/Project Manager for him for 20 years. Has only started in it couple of years that is why I left I could not watch him cheat one more person. Besides that he cheated me on the first bud I did for him never thought it would be a friend of twenty years.
