The folks here were super nice and helpful — they did not hound or harass us any during our visit not even when we ultimately did not purchase a vehicle from them.
Bought an almost 70k truck from this dealership in August 2022. Had vehicle for 2 hours before the check engine light came on. Dealership said oh, its probably just a sensor. We guarantee to have the issue fixed. They attempted to replace a few sensors and it did not fix the issue. Last conversation I had with them they said weve done all we can do. Its now less than a month from being a year. Its been to 4 mechanic shops and Im making the payments but have no truck. Once again I was guaranteed that they would fix the issue.... read more
Not pleased at all Bought a car and two days later the check engine light came on and took it back and drove it for two days and the same thing happened. They told me to bring it back but wouldn't guarantee they would pay for it to be fixed.
