Dr Pan is some sort of magician! He performed my cataract surgery and it was a life changing experience. Everything from driving, reading and painting is crystal clear. The staff at the Beverly Hills office were so kind and accessible. Everyone at the Surgery Center treated a nervous patient with reassurance and compassion. Dr Pan and staff spectacular!!!!
I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Billy Pan yesterday, and I left the appointment feeling very impressed and reassured. Dr. Pan is not only extremely knowledgeable about glaucoma, but he is also one of the most pleasant and caring doctors I have met. He took the time to carefully explain my condition, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything. I am very grateful for the excellent care I received.
I never write reviews but feel compelled to write one for Dr. Pan. I am 96 years old and blind in one eye. Dr. Pan not only saved my other eye, but after a few weeks to recover from surgery, I no longer needed glasses, except for reading. Lorraine, the surgery coordinator, set up everything, anticipated all of my questions, and insisted that I call her at any time if I had more questions. Dr Billy Pan was recommended to me by my eye doctor as simply “the best”: a gifted cataract surgeon and top glaucoma specialist.
