Edit*** Shortly after I posted this review Mr. Jordan contacted me, and unlike before , under the previous service manager, we discussed the issue and came to terms. Mr. Jordan was a down to Earth and reasonable person. He addressed the issue and resolved it during our conversation, by listening, receiving and understanding. Whether I'm purchasing a vehicle, getting my vehicle serviced or getting an oil change the staff is always welcoming, friendly and professional! Just recently I had to get my truck serviced and the experience was perfect! Marlon, my service advisor, took great care of my needs and had me on my way quickly!
