Amazing service. One of the nicest people in there.
I definitely see an overall improvement in the quality of customer service since my previous visits. The service employees were polite, engaging and very helpful. I have given bad reviews in the past, but I must say that this was the most pleasant experience that I have had at Navarre. Thank you to the employees that serviced my vehicle and thanks Ethan! No complaints here.
I was in urgent need of a tire replacement, from the previous day flat while traveling back home. The spare did its job and got me home safely, but my rear tire couldn't be repaired. The staff was really courteous, and handled my change out in a timely manner. I was concerned about calling the insurance company about my tire coverage, but the staff contacted the company and filed all required paperwork. I was impressed and would definitely return for any future services.
I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation is now being handled. i brought my vehicle to your service department to get my service engine light fix( which was my emission system light) then i received a text about the battery, set flow tested system and Torque converter shudder. Later i was told to come and pick up my car cause it was ready so I did.
