Whoever is the lady answering the phone is EXTREMELY rude. Called to ask a simple question and she gave unecessary attitude. Definitely need someone nicer to deal with patients over the phone
Dr Gerris is a very patient doctor. He truly listens to his patients. He works with you on the right treatment plan. Dr Gerris is also very supportive and encouraging. Your his patient, he truly cares about your overall health and well being. His staff are lovely and professional. No one has a long wait in the waiting room.
