Very professional and friendly, easy to talk to. As a first time homebuyer, he made the process less stressful. You can tell he was on your side. He told us the truth and his thoughts when we weren't sure about something. Even during the Holidays he would answer any questions I had. When the housing market was slow he would always let us know what is going on and assuring us our house will be there and sure enough we found our home!! I am thankful for Billy and recommend him.
