They never answer their phone, if you need an appointment you have to actually drive over there and make one in person.
Good luck setting up and appointment, they don’t answer, have tried at different times and the phone just rings.
I called and set my appointment that was about 2 months out. Get here all this time later to my appointment and they didn’t have it scheduled in the system. Lady said it would be a wait but she would squeeze me in. Just wasted my whole day sitting in this lobby. Not that great of a place to be attached to “the great place”. Honestly dont even deserve one star.
Never answer the phone, then put on hold for 20 minutes until the line disconnects. Appointments months out and then cancelled because the provider wasn’t available
