Really, I give it 0 stars.My mom was going to surprise me with birthday flowers and I didnt receive them. I called Billy Heromans Monday, 4 days later and they said they were delivered on Friday at the front office of my apartment. I called the front office and a manager said that no one delivered flowers and balloons on that Friday.Billy Heromans lied, and I never got my flowers. My roommates have also had bad experiences with this company. They have send the wrong orders, ruined surprised, and were late.
