I dont think he has evr done a floor before in his life, this guy is a nightmare, the floors is trashed, i asked him to come back to address bubbles in the polyurethane. He mumbled "some people so picky". When he came back to fix them he instead destroyed the floors, the photos show where he took off finish, left puddles of poly on the floor to dry, gouged the wood...he sucks!!
