Friendly, top notch customer service! I'm from out-of-town visiting family and I called the shop for a last minute bike repair and few things I needed. As I was getting out of my car, Dave of Billy Goat came out to greet me. That's very cool. While in the store, I learned about the Great Rivers Greenway, a 12-mile recreational greenway being created for biking, walking, and enjoying nature. I enjoyed my visit to the store. I am not a everyday biker, maybe a couple of times per week. Dirk was very helpful and educated me on the different bikes they offer. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive bike they have based on my usage. It was a very easy purchase experience. I will definitely be back for my future needs.
