We worked with Billy to find an apartment in East Boston. He was very responsive and detailed oriented. I had a list of questions prepared to ask, but by the end of the tour I didn’t have anything to ask as he addressed all possible questions. We signed the lease within 24 hours of the tour. Definitely recommend working with Billy!

Bill was quick to respond after initial information request was sent. He was able to work with my travel schedule and provide showings on a Sunday in a snow/sleet/rain storm before I left town again. Bill is personable, maintained communication multiple times a day answering questions, and if required building management response would get the answer asap and get back to you. I highly recommend working with Bill.
