My mother-in-law is in her late 70s and proudly drives her trusty Ford Escape, which she purchased right here. She’s had a great experience with it from day one—but the real star of the show has been the Service Department at Billy Cain Ford-Lincoln of Cornelia. Everyone is very nice , sometimes its hard to get them to answer the phone in the Service Department. My issue is I am quoted a price for the work to be done, and it is always considerably higher. That is not good Customer Service. That is how you loose Loyal Customers I bring all 3 of our vehicles to Billy Cain. I will be looking for another place to take my vehicles.
Zeke was honest and extremely kind. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and explained the buying process clearly. I was able to purchase my car at a great price. If anyone around me is looking for a Lincoln, I would highly recommend this place!
