The worst customer service of almost anywhere I have ever spent money at! If I could leave a negative review I would. I bought a used truck from them on August 28th. I didn't get the extended warranty, because the truck only had 84k miles on it. (My fault). On the way home the truck started to make a noise,but it didn't do it consistently so it would have been hard for the service department to figure out what was wrong if I would have taken it back right away. The staff was super flexible with the service to my truck recently to include giving me a ride home. The diagnostic and maintenance was done in a timely manner due to it being a last minute issue. I will continue to utilize their service department moving forward.
One of the best buying experiences we have ever had. Tanner Lee is an exceptional salesperson. Would not have wanted to deal with any other salesperson. If you ever need a vehicle, Tanner Lee is the best.
