I bought a house last year and there was a list of repairs to be done. He was paid approximately 3,500 and the repairs were not done. Paid by the last owner. Covid happened a wk after I moved in. Roof was not repaired, as I now know while getting gutters installed. Several things left undone.I cannot remove this post i tried.
