Best place around to get a full serviced car wash! Staff is so incredibly friendly, and they always do an exceptional job!! Need to virus to end so we can bring our vehicles in for a cleaning!
Always a good wash, I only have one issue, the inside windshield is often neglected, I always pay for the Clean & Shine which is the priciest wash, so my expectation is for it to be done, I struggle with expectation vs. feeling entitled...so I often don’t say anything, but I will mention it to the cashier/manager today!🥴
I stopped by on my lunch a few weeks back and they were unexpectedly closed and no sign as to why posted. I sent them an email in my disappointment and the owner replied immediately. He was super apologetic because a machine had broke down that day. And though not in his control he still gave me a complimentary wash! Great customer relations there! I’m very happy with my shiny clean car today!! Thank you Frank and Billy Bob’s for a great job!
Frank and his guys went above and beyond for me. Down in wildwood for the fall car show and couldn’t find a hand car wash which is all I go to with my car. It has low carbon fiber front splitter and side skirts and Frank took one look at my car called his guy over cleared out the bay and had his guy hand wash my car.
