RUDE LADY AT THE FRONT REGISTER!! I told her there was a hair in my burger, showed her and she gave me a new one and she was like, "Here, do you wanna check it make sure there's not another hair??" The man standing next to her saying "Well I don't know where it would have came from." Like it was my hair. Then the cook looking at me with an ugly look. SUPER RUDE ATTITUDE. Wtfff! FIRST OF ALL! Not one to post and cry about stuff on a business account. But I was in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Was never greeted or asked for my order. Annoyed I went and parked to go inside. Inside I was treated very rudely by my cashier. Once I got my burger I left. Only to find out, when I get to my destination, that they charged me for my add-ons but didn't actually ADD them on my burger. Castroville Billy bob's, I was talking so highly of you and how you were better than Hondo's. But not today. Get your stuff together please. �
Boring. Sad to say but no flavor. Pepper and Ketchup containers on the table were nasty. Would not recommend.
Great friendly people & great food,can't wait to eat here again.
