We love you Billy! And great hair cuts too. Billy is such a nice guy! Yes, we are biased. Ask him about fishing. He loves to fish. Oh yeah, a great place to get your hair cut too. Friendly and talkative. A really great guy. Did we mention nice? Hair cuts are important! Tanning is also available at Billy's conveniently located shop. So stop by to gently toast your skin!
Billy Blades I've lived in State College area almost 25 years. As a man with real curly/frizzy hair, it is no pleasure for anyone to cut. I moved around quite a bit before I ended up here, so I've been hacked by the worst of them. But Billy has been able to cut my hair, it grows out evenly, and actually looks pretty darn good when he's finished with me, even though my hair is not a whole lot of fun to cut. GREAT PLACE Great service, I think it was last year I was on the road, and went through this town, and I saw this shop, I stopped in, and got an excellent haircut, definitely a customer!
